MSU Law DESO is the conduit for the Law College's access and inclusion legal educational mission.

Access and Inclusion Workgroup

In the summer of 2020, the Law College created an Access and Inclusion Workgroup that is chaired by Dean Ferguson and comprised of a cohort of Law College Faculty, Staff and Administrators. To date, this workgroup has developed change-agent initiatives to create a virtual community that builds inclusion and addresses real-time access needs that are an evolution of system pipeline breaks.

Providing structural building space, allocating resources and moving beyond compliance to commitment is at the forefront of our goals. Included in this commitment are Gender-Neutral Restrooms, Nursing Mothers Room, Quiet Reflection Room, Persons with Disabilities Access, Accommodations and Resources.
