Biography: Following a clerkship with Judge Charles W. Joiner of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, Professor Apol went into private practice. He has published numerous articles in the area of criminal procedure. Professor Apol teaches Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure.
