MSU Law Names Sonya Hernandez as an Executive Assistant

Sonya Hernandez, a long-time administrative professional, joins the Dean’s Suite as Executive Assistant to Senior Associate Dean for Faculty and Academic Affairs, Michael Sant’Ambrogio. She will be responsible for high-level administrative processes and will manage projects under the supervision of Dean Sant’Ambrogio. Ms. Hernandez will also collaborate with faculty and staff to complete projects around the law college.

“I’m delighted that Sonya has agreed to join the Dean’s Suite,” said Senior Associate Dean Sant’Ambrogio. “She has terrific experience working with the faculty and HR at the College of William & Mary and her positive energy is infectious.”

Ms. Hernandez has extensive experience in administration of large institutions. In addition to her experience in higher education, her expertise includes the healthcare industry at two Miami hospital facilities. Ms. Hernandez holds a Master of Arts degree in Performing Arts Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from Florida International University.
