With a wireless building at your fingertips, Technology Services will ensure ease while utilizing the many resources the building has to offer. Services We Offer

We provide general technology assistance, virus removal, software installation, email setup, printing assistance, class recording, and symposium technology coordination. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific service not listed above. We may be able to assist you or refer you to an outside resource.

Computer Store

The MSU Computer Store offers student and fac/staff discounts on computers, tablets, software, and accessories. They are also able to offer more extensive repairs and services.

Computer Lab

The computer lab is available to all College of Law students, faculty and staff. Login to the lab computers with your Novell username (NetID) and password. If you need a password reset, come to our office with your Student ID. *Each time you log-off a lab computer, any data saved on the computer will be erased. Make sure you have a copy of anything you need before logging off. There is a scanner available to students connected to the furthest left computer in row six.

Cloud Backup

We see many students each semester whose hard drives crash. PLEASE backup your computer. External Hard Drives can be purchased from the MSU Computer Store or you can choose to sign up for cloud-based storage. We suggest Box or Dropbox, which each have both free and high capacity plans. Regularly back up your data to ensure smooth semesters!
