Reviewing Options for Upper-Level Classes

Students met with professors to discuss upper-level courses this week at MSU Law.

On Thursday, students spoke with professors about which upper-level courses to take in the fall semester 2023.

The one-on-one discussions were designed to help students better understand the courses before making their selections.

“Written course descriptions are necessarily terse,” said Professor David Thronson. “So this chance to interact helps broaden students’ understanding the nature, scope, and approach of various courses before they choose their schedules.

Those on hand to share perspectives on their courses they teach were Professors Susan Bitensky, Adam Candeub, Kevin Douglas, Innes, Brian Kalt, Phil Pucillo, Frank Ravitch, Daniel Rosenbaum, Michael Sant'Ambrogio, Justin Simard, and Thronson.

“We had syllabi for the students to look over,” said Professor Simard. “They talked to us about our courses and asked a lot of questions. It was a good event.”
