  • Biography

Brad Luchsinger is an alumnus of the MSU College of Law and a principal at the Harness IP law firm in Troy, Michigan. Brad’s practice focuses on both patent prosecution and intellectual property litigation. Brad’s experience in both fields and diverse skill set allows him to better serve clients in the courtroom. Brad has tried cases to successful jury verdicts, has handled appeals, and regularly litigates patent validity issues in inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Brad’s experience also includes litigating copyright infringement, trademark infringement, trade dress infringement, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, antitrust, and false patent marking claims.

On the prosecution side of his practice, Brad writes patents for clients in the automotive and consumer appliance industries. Prior to joining Harness IP, Brad worked as an intern and then as an attorney at Dickinson Wright.
