Reshma Sambare is a Principal and member of Miller Canfield's Real Estate and India Practice groups. Her practice centers around commercial and industrial real estate development and U.S.-India cross-border business transactions. As part of her Real Estate Development and Construction practice, Reshma focuses on legal issues related to commercial and industrial real estate development and construction, commercial contract negotiations, and economic development incentives involving national and international clients from public and private sectors and public-private partnerships (P3). As part of her India Practice, Reshma co-leads Miller Canfield's India practice and represents Indian businesses expanding into the U.S. and the firm's U.S. and international clients' business interests in India.

Reshma earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the Govt. College of Engineering (Pune, MH, India), her master's degree in construction management from the Michigan State University, her second master’s degree in Finance from Walsh College, and her Juris Doctorate from the Michigan State University College of Law. Before pursuing her Juris Doctorate, Reshma worked for more than a decade as a professional in the commercial construction management industry in the U.S. and India.
