Multimedia Copying Service
Technology Services has the ability produce and copy DVD, CD and VHS materials. DVDs can be both Video DVD or Multimedia (Data) DVD. CD and DVD copies can have labels printed directly on the disk. The default label has the title of the disk and the college’s logo on it, custom logos can be used but advance notice is required.
Technology Services will not copy any copyrighted material without written permission from the copyright holder. Permission can be arranged through the Law Library.
Depending on the size of your request and how it will be used, your department may be asked to cover some or all of the cost of materials.
This service only extends to Law College Faculty and Staff and only for Law College related activities. Copying of personal materials is not permitted.

*Technology Services will make every effort to meet your deadline, but can not always guarantee it. You will be given a firmer ETA when you submit your request.
** Large jobs will be sent out to outside vendors.
Audio and Video Recording Fees
Monday - Friday when College is open:
CDs with audio recordings - first 3 CDs free. After 3 the charge is $5.00 per CD.
If recording spans multiple CDs there will be a $5 charge for the 4th CD and so on.
VHS - first 3 free. $5.00 per copy after 3.
DVD - first 3 free. $7.00 per copy after 3.
After 5:00 pm on weekdays and all day on weekends or holidays:

For Technology Services to record events the cost is $25 per hour.
For video camera rental there is no fee to Law College Faculty and Staff.
Video camera MiniDV can be converted to DVD for same costs as above (First 3 free then $7 per DVD).
Reservations for recording events nights, weekends and holidays must be requested in advance and are not guaranteed available staff.
