Clinical Programs

MSU Law provides superior academic and practical preparation through a number of experiences, including its clinical programs. The MSU Law Clinics operate as a single law firm under the requirements of Michigan’s Rules of Professional Conduct. Students are allowed to practice under the license of the supervising attorneys in the firm, according to Michigan’s student practice rule. Regardless of which clinic students may be in, students will learn the highest ethical standards in real time as they provide services for clients. Our clinics serve diverse communities and individuals, and the school’s clinical practice provides law students with unmatched practical experience. For current and specific information regarding legal clinic requirements and application procedures, students are advised to visit each program's website.
