Biography
Professor Emily Cauble joins MSU College of Law after teaching Corporate Tax, Partnership Tax, and a short course regarding agreement drafting as a visiting assistant professor at the University of Illinois College of Law.
After graduating summa cum laude from University of Michigan Law School in 2006, Professor Cauble practiced in the tax transactions group at Mayer Brown in Chicago for three years. With academic interests in tax policy, business taxation, and tax planning, she has published articles in scholarly journals regarding investment activities by tax-exempt entities and partnership taxation.
Prior to attending law school, Professor Cauble worked as a research assistant at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve in Washington, D.C.
