Biography: Professor Darden comes to MSU Law from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she was a visiting professor. Prior to that, she practiced at Fulbright & Jaworski, LLP, in Dallas, Texas, for two years, and later clerked for Judge Carl E. Stewart of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.Her latest research interests have included innovative approaches to attaining racial diversity in law firms. Professor Darden will be teaching Civil Procedure and a Fourteenth Amendment Equality seminar at the Law College.
