  • Biography

    John C. Blattner is a member of Dickinson Wright PLLC, in the firm’s Ann Arbor office. He practices brand creation and brand protection law, including trademark counseling, clearance, registration, and maintenance both in the United States and overseas. He also has extensive experience in patent, trademark, copyright, and unfair competition litigation in state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels, and represents clients in proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. He received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was a member of the Michigan Law Review. He holds an A.B. from the University of Michigan and an M.A. from American University.
