Biography
Craig Meurlin is a partner in the firm of Warner, Norcross & Judd and is Special Counsel to the Office of the Chief Executive, Alticor Inc. (formerly Amway Corporation). His specialty is in international areas, particularly Asia, including global trade and commercial law and foreign direct investment, in the legal aspects of multi-level marketing and in general corporate work, including securities and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Meurlin received his J.D. from the University of Virginia in 1977. He has been a frequent speaker at seminars and classes on doing business in China, and he has been an Adjunct Professor at Michigan State University School of Law since 2003, teaching Business, Securities and Tax Planning.
