Biography: Professor Harrison has wide-ranging international credentials. He serves as a consultant for the U.S. Department of Commerce to the Kiev State University of Trade and Commerce in Ukraine. He was a tenured professor of law at the University of San Francisco from 1966 to 1984. He served as dean and professor of law at the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii from 1985 to 1994, as the ELIPS Distinguished Professor of Law at Universitas Gadjah Mada in Indonesia from 1995 to 1996, and as dean of MSU College of Law from 1996 to 1999. Professor Harrison is the Director of MSU Law's 2005 Study Abroad in Mexico Program and co-director of MSU Law's LL.M. for foreign lawyers from 2003 to present.
