Biography
Mr. Nyquist is a graduate of the Wayne State University Law School. He is currently a Staff Attorney at the Michigan Education Association. He represents public school employees and higher education faculty and staff in all areas of employment law, including assisting them in connection with violations of their rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Michigan Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act.
