Biography
Monte L. Falcoff received his B.S. in Engineering from Michigan State University and a J.D. from Wayne State University. Mr. Falcoff is currently a principal and registered patent attorney at Harness, Dickey & Pierce, P.L.C., and is also an adjunct professor of various intellectual property law classes at MSU College of Law. Additionally, Mr. Falcoff has been appointed to serve as the Vice-Chair on the MSU College of Engineering, Applied Engineering Sciences Alumni Advisory Board. Mr. Falcoff's primary areas of legal practice include intellectual property portfolio management, client counseling and opinion preparation, preparation and prosecution of patent applications, trademark prosecution, intellectual property litigation, and licensing.
