Bea Swedlow is a partner in Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP’s Ann Arbor office. She practices intellectual property law, including patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret litigation, as well as counseling clients in these matters. She has extensive experience in state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels, and represents clients in proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and holds an A.B. from Bryn Mawr College, as well as an M.S.S. and M.L.S.P. from Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research.
