Agenda

6:00-7:30 p.m. — Arrival and hosted cocktail hour

7:30-8:30 p.m. — Speaker Remarks and Served Dinner

Dinner options*:

  1. Cranberry Port Chicken - Pan Roasted and Topped with Cranberry Port Sauce;
    Served with Wild Rice and Walnut Pilaf
    Starter: Gathered Field Greens with Crumbled Goat Cheese, Candied Pecans and Red Wine Vinaigrette
  2. Red wine Braised Beef Brisket
    Served with Caramelized Onion and Whipped Potatoes
    Starter: House Mixed Greens Salad with Cherry Tomato, Cucumber, Croutons, House and Ranch Dressings
  3. Vegan Jambalaya and Tomatoes, Pepers and Tofu
    Starter: Organic Greens Salad with Dried Cherries, Roasted Walnuts and Balsamic Vinaigrette

Following dinner, Red Velvet Layer Cake and a Blueberry inzer Tart will be served to the table.

8:30-10:30 p.m. — Dancing and hosted cocktail hour

10:30 p.m. — Dancing continues and cash bar opens
