Alumni Association Committees
The Student Liaison Committee, chaired by Eric Swanson, '99, is responsible for coordinating contributions to the Res Ispa student newspaper, reviewing student group funding requests, coordinating with Career Services to offer support for the speaker series, and attending the retreat for student organization leaders.
The Student Mentor Program Committee, chaired by Seth Rodack, '96, is responsible for monitoring the mentor program, pairing students and mentors, and seeking feedback concerning the program.
The Distinguished Alumni Award Committee, chaired by Pam Amato, '02, is responsible for obtaining nominations for the award, presenting nominations to the Alumni Board, selecting the award, organizing award ceremonies and events, and monitoring the selection process.
The Events and Activities Committee, co-chaired by Joel Mishler, '02, and Shannon Burke, '05, is responsible for coordinating the annual golf outing and tailgate.
The Membership Committee, chaired by Shannon Burke, '05, is responsible for coordinating invitations to join the Alumni Association, reviewing the benefits offered, and updating the website.
The Strategic Planning Committee, chaired by Matthew Fedor, '00, is responsible for mapping out the direction of the Alumni Association.
The Finance/E-Board Committee, chaired by Matthew Fedor, '00, is responsible for setting the budget for the following year and monitoring the Alumni Association's budget.
The Annual Fund/Scholarship Committee, chaired by Joel Mishler, '02, is responsible for promoting contributions and participation to the Law College Annual Fund and developing the Alumni Association Scholarship funding.
The Alumni Board Nominating Committee, co-chaired by Patrick Winters, '03, and Matthew Rettig, '04, is responsible for identifying persons interested in joining the Alumni Board and presenting candidates to the Alumni Board.
