What are your current work responsibilities?
Conduit Law is a new model law firm that specializes in embedding attorneys as in-house counsel with our corporate counsel. We provide a full range of business law advice, but always with a focus on the practical, efficient and cost-effective solution to a problem.

What are the most rewarding aspects of your job?
Earning the respect and confidence of a client needed to fill the role of trusted advisor is always a rewarding and satisfying part of being an attorney.

Were there certain experiences at MSU Law that helped you prepare for or obtain your current position?
My work as an editor, and editor-in-chief of the Journal of International Law & Practice (now International Law Review) taught me a great deal about team work, professionalism, diligence and the value of getting the job done right, on time, and on budget.

What would you consider to be the strengths of the Law College?
In my time at the Law College, I was particularly grateful for the level of professionalism and commitment of the faculty. I was fortunate to have studied with many excellent professors, each with a fine legal mind but, more importantly, with a commitment to excellence and education that was evident in every aspect of their work.
