Annual gifts help ensure that vital programs continue to advance student learning. Funds raised through this annual effort help pay for student scholarships, research opportunities, conferences and new technology. The annual giving program bridges the gap between budget and tuition, and assists the dean in funding the areas of greatest need.
The College of Law uses a variety of fundraising methods, including direct mail and a student-calling effort. Alumni may recall how important it was to have the right tools in the classroom and library, be able to rely on a good audio-visual system during a presentation, or have the opportunity to attend a major conference – all due to the generosity of donors who gave to the annual fund.
