Kirsten Thomson
Kirsten L. Thomson is an associate with McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLP. Ms. Thomson has experience in all areas of patent law. Her patent litigation experience spans an array of technologies, including electronic trading software, medical devices, lithium batteries, and telecommunications products. In addition, she prepares and prosecutes patent applications and performs validity, infringement and patentability analyses to counsel clients in the mechanical, electrical and telecommunications fields.
Prior to joining MBHB, Ms. Thomson worked for Delphi Automotive Systems as a manufacturing engineer for fuel injectors and cam lifters. She also worked as a product development engineer for 3M in the patient assessment lab with a focus on stethoscopes and for Johnson Controls Incorporated as an engineer in the automotive seating division.
