Thomas James
Thomas James is a trial attorney with the Farmington Hills based law firm of Gursten, Koltonow, Gursten, Christensen & Raitt, P.C (MichiganAutoLaw.com). Mr. James focuses his practice representing victims of serious car accidents. Recently named a Michigan Super Lawyer, Rising Star, Mr. James is also an executive board member of the prestigious Motor Vehicle Trial Lawyer Association, as well as, active an member of the Michigan Association for Justice, American Association for Justice, and American Civil Liberties Union organizations to name a few.
Mr. James earned his law degree with honors from Michigan State University College of Law, earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Golden Gate University and Bachelor of Science degree from San Jose State University.
