Amee McKim headshotAmee McKim is Director of Legal Recruitment with Duane Morris, a 700-attorney law firm with offices across the US and abroad.  Prior to her current position, Ms. McKim served as Director of Lawyer Recruiting and Development at Hunton & Williams LLM in Richmond, Virginia, Associate Dean of Professional Development at the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, and as an attorney in private practice.   A frequent writer and lecturer on legal recruitment and retention issues, Ms. McKim has been actively involved as a leader within the National Association for Law Placement (NALP), having served as the organization's vice president and as a member of its board of directors.
