Description: (Formerly DCL 478) A study of international sales law under the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Similarities and contrasts with sales law under Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code will be investigated. Also addressed are the UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts.
