Policies & Procedures: Auditing of Courses

At the discretion of the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and with the permission of the instructor, any person may audit a course or courses so long as:

  1. The auditor would not displace a regularly matriculated student, and
  2. The auditor is enrolled as a graduate or undergraduate student of Michigan State University or is a member of the bar, a graduate of another approved law school or has a degree from an accredited undergraduate institution.

The tuition rate for auditors is one-half the normal tuition rate.
