Aaron Lloyd’s practice focuses on commercial litigation. He represents individuals, business owners, and members in closely held companies in “business divorce” situations. He also represent clients in all types of contract-related disputes. “I enjoy the counseling aspect of being an attorney,” he said. “Helping walk my clients through tough legal issues and finding satisfactory resolutions to their problems is a very rewarding part of my job.”

As a student at MSU College of Law, Aaron found that elective classes and activities with a heavy emphasis in writing were very important. “Working on the Michigan State Law Review staff helped my legal writing capabilities,” he said. “Any classes or activities such as the clinics that provide hands-on experience will help students after graduation.”

Aaron has nothing but positive things to say about the Law College. “I came to MSU Law from Arizona and did not know what to expect. I was soon surrounded by a great class of students who were friendly and willing to work with each other to get through the first year of school. The professors and other staff at the Law College are fantastic and routinely go above and beyond to help students learn,” he said. “I would recommend the Law College to any prospective student and have no doubt the Law College will continue to provide quality education for many years to come.”
