Nicole Dogwill counsels and handles litigation for established and start-up companies, as well as their directors and officers, on matters involving fiduciary duty, corporate governance, securities, fraud, antitrust/unfair business practices, trade secret and related business litigation claims. She also counsels and litigates fiduciary duty matters that arise in probate and estate litigation.

“Being in the Bay Area, I am lucky enough to meet amazing, engaged people who are part of cutting-edge, innovative work.” She said. “For me, the most rewarding aspect of my job is the ability to do interesting work for interesting people and companies on a consistent basis. I am thankful for the Law College, for giving me the opportunity to have my rewarding career.”

Nicole said much of her practice is about writing and advocating persuasively. The Michigan State Law Review, as well as her evidentiary and procedure classes at MSU College of Law helped form a solid basis for her current position. “In addition, the faculty and administration at the Law College were top-notch, and I believed took a vested interest in our success. By the time I graduated, I felt prepared to start the practice of law, versus just theorizing about the law,” she said.
